Business Hours

Our normal business hours are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday thru Friday.  And 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday.  The academy is closed on Sunday with the exception of specialized training as needed by our staff.

Active members are free to use the facility during normal business hours, including the weight room, heavy bag area and open mat space (when available.)
