Patrick Curran Jr., a senior in High School down in Boca Raton, Fl and cousin first cousin to Jeff Curran has made 2004/2005 wrestling season one to remember. This 17 year old wrestling superstar has set forth to make history in the Curran family. Last year Patrick wrestled really well going to states and wrestling 2 times before being eliminated. This year his goal is to make it to finals in Lakeland, Florida.

His current record is a boasting 31-0 with 2 months left remaining in the season. Not only is being undefeated a goal of Patrick, but breaking some school records along the way seems to fit nicely into the plans. Currently Patrick has over 95 takedowns with the school record being 111. (still 2 months left). The pin record is another one to break. The High School record is 26, while Patrick rests at 16 and climbing.

Future plans for Patrick are undecided, however, after spending the remaining of summer break working with cousin Jeff on his Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, along with his Christmas break, there is a great chance Patrick will be moving to Illinois to live and train under his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt cousin Jeff, in hopes to pursue a future in Jiu-Jitsu.
