FROG HOPS INTO THE BOXING CIRCUIT
April
20, 2005 Chicago, IL
Jeff
"Big Frog" Curran, a top contender in the sport of MMA
/ Ultimate Fighting and an Champion in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, has finally
realized a dream come true after signing to fight in the Professional
Boxing arena. The number one professional boxing promotion, Hitz
Boxing, just signed Curran to his first pro deal scheduled for
April 20, 2005 at 115 Boulevard in Merrionette Part (Chicago's
South Side). Curran and his coach Dr. Doug Mango have been waiting
for this day for the past few years. "I've wanted to box
on TV since I was not even able to walk" said the Big Frog.
Curran went on to say "I've been the big show in my sport,
I still fight MMA, but why stop there. I have more dreams to realize
in this lifetime. My Grandfather boxed and he got me started.
It will be a dedication to him."
Look
forward to seeing an exciting fight when Curran enters the ring.
He brings with near 40 No Holds Barred Fights to his record with
over a hundred Jiu-Jitsu matches. Experience isn't going to be
an issue. "If we can get Jeff to fight the way he trains
without needing the time to adapt, watch out, people will fall"
comments trainer and coach Dr. Mango. Fear and pressure shouldn't
be a factor for this Ultimate Fighter. For more information on
the event visit www.hitzboxing.com or call Curran's Gym for tickets
