On April 18th, 2003 at the Minneapolis Target Center in Minnesota, Bart "Bartimus" Palaszewski fought an amazing fight against his opponent, Carlos Armencunci.

The fight was in one of the largest growing mixed martial arts events in the U.S., the International Cage Combat. From the bell Bart ruled the ring with his boxing skills and takedowns. Bart looked world class as he hammered Carlos with powerful combos. Going into the second round at about the 3 minute mark, Bart took down Carlos again, this time establishing a good mounted position and unleashing a flurry of punches to his face. Out of options, Carlos pushed away and turned to his stomach allowing Bart to catch him in a textbook armlock. It was an incredible overall display of Bart's skills. Bart is Jeff's full time training partner and an instructor at Linxx Academy. Bart has many fights planned for the summer. Look for him to go far, fast, in this sport.
